So yes i went on a little leave of absence due to school and what not, had to get focused but now its summer break (YUSSSS) I have all the mindless time in the WORLD to keep yall up to date. Just because i was gone doesn't mean I've been completely detached I've remained Freshless and kept up to speed on the random acts of fuckery like...... (pause......)

I was cleaning today and kept humming this tune, i couldn't for the life of me remember who else was in this song or the correct name of it but thanks to my incredible memory I remembered the hook and found the mystery song. I dont know how many of you will remember this track but the beat is has a Feel Good vibe to it. I remember bumping this tune and singing the explicated lyrics back in the days when 106 & Park was the shit hell it was even Burn on a CD worthy Enjoy!

Spotlight: HARLEM HEIGHTS

As Suggest by a friend *cough* I decided to watch this New Show on BET called Harlem Heights and i must say I'm impressed with it, this is by far the closest thing black ppl are going to get to The Hills and its on point.

I suggest yall start watching it too it comes on Monday nights at 10pm Channel 57 or what ever channel you get BET on. Its mature and not kiddy drama like Baldwin hills!!






There has only been two episodes thus far (gives you
guys time to catch up quick!) and i must admit i already have favorites. Brooke & Briana are DIMES and no its not Brooke's slight resemblance of Keri Hilson that makes her that chick
