So on October 31st (Halloween) I was lucky enough to attend one of the most EPIC concerts Toronto has seen in a minute. Jay-z x N.E.R.D. x J.Cole X Wale , All Around D-O-P-E.

The Show Started @ 8 p.m. Crazy thing about it was J.cole opened and was on stage by 7:50. I was kinda disappointed that he didnt stay longer and only performed "Lights Please" (My Fav) and "Grown Simba". i think he deserved WAY more time considering Jay signed him....kinda reminds me of Ye's Song Big Brother

Next up was Wale who got MAJOR stage time, this performance was pretty good he performed "Mirror", "Pretty Girls" among other songs (im not too big on kid yet so i'd be lying if i told u i knew what songs he did lol) He was Cool Enough to come out in the crowd and dap ppl

After that N.E.R.D. Came on, Chad was missing =( But they did bring alot Rhea who is their newest female member who is from no other city but TORONTO! VERY HAPPY about this performance

Last but not Least Hov came out and stole the show but you dont need to hear me say it...Here are some flicks I Took...Enjoy!

Jay x Bleek

Jay x Pharell

Jay x J.Cole

OH YEA!...Drake Came Thru too and Performed Successful

Okay so after listening to this album the first time my first impression was that Jay had taken a loss. As a whole the album might not be the best of Hov’s but its defiantly not fading to black…
The 15 track album had some hits my top 5 were “Empire State of Mind ft Alicia Keys”, “A star is Born” ft J.Cole , “Forever Young”, “Venus vs. Mars” ft Cassie and "Reminder", these features seems a bit random—come to think of it the concept of the album was a but all over the place BUT needless to say im a fan therefore this album got better and better the more i listened.

I'd give it an over all 8/10 because i felt the tracks themselves where much better individually rather than listening to in one sitting...thats all.

So seeing they put this year’s BET Awards on a Sunday night (smart programming on their part, people are home and there’s nothing else to watch) I was home to watch all 4 hours of it! I’ve decided to save those of you who haven’t seen it some trouble and sum it up in as little words as possible.

First of all as everything had to be changed last minute because of last week’s tragic death of a Legend , so I would forgive them for their lack of being on-point with things in addition to being live.

Jamie Fox did a VERY good job hosting the show. He was funny all the way through to the end and make the transition from singer to comedian to host in a dope way. There wasn’t a dull moment when he was out.

He performed twice singing “Blame it on the alcohol” and a MJ tribute alongside Ne-yo singing “I’ll Be there”

Jay-z came out and performed DOA for the first time ever KILLIN IT, My eyes were glued to the screen behind him tryna make out the DOA music video! lol i gotta say thank GOD he shaved that rug off his head before the show and didnt come out with those spike lee shades he's been rocking .

Performance was epic and im sure Tpain among others where out there shittin bricks at the obvious references. I wonder if this will change anything….

Na-na-naaaa naa Na-na-naaaa naa Hey Hey Hey…….

HELL YEAH this was one of the proudest moments for me hopefully for all of you too, our boy Drizzy hit the stage! He performed “Best I Ever Had” and “Every Girl” with young money. Of course he did all this for a stool, sources on my Twitter told me he apparently tore his ACL prior to the performance.

We’re just glad to see him get this far! Just yesterday I saw this dude walkin the mall and he made it to the BET awards GO ‘HEAD! Toronto Stand UP!

This had to be the most coonish thing of the night, I was SOO happy for Taraji P. Henson to FINALLY win SOMETHING and while she was up for her acceptance Tyrese came out and this turned into a Baby Boy reunion. That part of it I didn’t mind until “nignant” Ving Rhames came out and said some stupid shit “Repeat after me, MJ is GUNS”……yea until now I don’t know what he meant and it seems the crowd did either…

Lastly the most heartbreaking part would have to be Janet’s appearance, she could barely hold back tears as she thanked everybody for their support. Oh man she was pretty strong for coming out. This just made me more mad at the fact Joe Jackson was sitting front row for all of the show looking cool and unbothered as ever….
